Before submitting & Publication Fees
1. The Journal accepts only those publications that have not previously been released (partially or completely), correspond to the subject matter and issues of the edition and are original for modern linguistics.
2. The publication offers electronic submission of articles (via the OJS platform / by email).

3. The Journal is paid. Cost is 50€ (1500 ₴). The funding covers work of the website of the Journal, placement in abstract databases and printing of a paper version of the edition. For PhD and doctoral candidates, publication is free of charge.
4. Each Author has to:
- peruse the Ethics policy of the edition prior to submission of article;
- ensure novelty, authenticity and originality of research results, correctly referring to works of other scholars;
- prevent any manifestations of plagiarism or self-plagiarism;
- guarantee that an article has not been made public earlier or offered for consideration to another edition.
5. We are based on the principles of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), Publishing Ethics Resource Kit for editors (Elsevier). All works are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. The edition does not stipulate promulgation of a translation of a foreign article in the form of publication.
6. An author should be registered in the ORCID system. His achievements must be presented on scientific platforms, in particular in the Google Scholar system. Publications of authors who have an ID in Publons (Web of Science) and Scopus Preview systems are welcomed.
7. The editorial board does not consider abstract articles that are not of general interest and do not contain promising conclusions in the context of neolinguistics and social communications. Each article undergoes a double "blind" review by the Reviewers (see Review).
8. The average time for a review is up to 30 days
