Financing

The edition is paid. The journal is funded by authors. 

The payment for publication is made after a positive review (see REVIEW) and acceptance for printing.

The cost is 50€ (1500 ₴). The funding covers work of the website of the journal, placement in abstract databases and printing of a paper version of the edition. For PhD and doctoral candidates, publication is free of charge.

To objectify research results and avoid direct contact between authors and editorial staff and / or reviewers, communication is provided via e-mail (through the executive secretary) or on the OJS platform.

The Editorial Board reserves the right of free placement of an article (without processing, editing and interference with the source text) in abstract scientific and metric databases. The final version of the article is confirmed by the author. The Editorial Board assumes the responsibility to promote published scientific achievements of the Authors of the Edition by posting volumes of the Journal in leading libraries (including electronic ones) of Ukraine / region.

The Author reserves the right to use materials of the article: (a) completely or partially for educational purposes; (b) for writing sole theses; (c) for preparation of abstracts, conference reports and presentations. References to the edition are compulsory. Placement of a publication after its promulgation on a website without references is considered academic dishonesty.

The authors have the right to place electronic copies of articles (including the final electronic version downloaded from the official website of the edition) on :

• their personal web-resources (websites, web-pages, social networks, blogs);
• web-resources of institutions where they work;
• non-commercial web-resources of open access.

The editors are guided by the Open Access Policy and use the COMMONS Copyright Statement.
